In der Pflege wird Empathie in nahezu allen Ausbildungscurricula und Stellenangeboten gefordert. Daher ist es unverständlich, dass die GFK noch immer nicht Gegenstand der Pflegeausbildungen ist. Diese Prüfungsarbeit zum Praxisanleiter zeigt auf, wie die GFK mit wenig Aufwand in den Lernort Praxis transportiert werden und so von der Basis aus in die Pflege implementiert werden kann. Im Anhang wird beispielhaft eine mehrteilige Praxisaufgabe mit komplettem Planungs- und Bewertungsschema bereitgestellt, um die Erstellung eigener Praxisaufgaben zu erleichtern.
